House and apartment cleans start at $185 CAD for a studio, $225 CAD for one bedroom, $325 CAD for two bedrooms, and $425 CAD for three to four bedrooms — supplies and travel included. Add-ons such as inside the oven ($35 CAD) are priced before we book. Recurring housekeeping, CCTV, renovation, and most painting are quoted individually.
No. Crews arrive with professional products, vacuums, and equipment. If you prefer a specific product for allergies, pets, or delicate surfaces, leave it out and note it on the request.
Yes. Every cleaner, painter, and technician is interviewed, background-checked, and covered by liability insurance. We operate WSIB-compliant in Ontario.
After the work is finished — never before. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours ahead.
Tell us within 48 hours. We return to re-do the missed areas at no charge. That guarantee applies to cleaning, paint touch-ups we are responsible for, and camera installs we completed.
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We try to send the same crew each visit. Recurring plans are quoted in CAD after we know the size of the home.
Yes. Cameras, kitchen and bath upgrades, interior painting, and post-renovation cleans are all in-house. Those jobs are quoted after we see photos or walk the space — use Request a quote and attach images or a short video.
